It just keeps happening!! God is so good!

We are humbled and in awe at what God is allowing Don Shire Ministries to be involved in around the world. We have seen heart wrenching human need and are now also involved in the complete monthly support of widows and orphans in India and orphans in Haiti. We are also committed to a children’s home in Honduras. As God provides we will expand our outreach to even more orphans and widows. And we will always make spreading the good news of Jesus Christ our first priority!

On top of our regular ministry expenses, we need a total of $8550.00 per month to meet our current commitment to the orphans and widows we support. We presently have less than $1500.00 per month that is designated monthly support for their needs. The Lord has been miraculously providing the rest in a variety of ways.

OFF TO HAITI THIS MONTH

Many of you receive our monthly letter and support us in prayer. Others have supported us financially. We are grateful for all of you!! It means so much to know that we are not standing alone.

In India, we are now placing many of our orphans in the homes of Indian pastors. The pastors welcome the children into their homes as their own. Our support of $50 per child each month not only supports the children, but supplements the income of pastors who are desperately poor. What a wonderful way to help a pastor AND place an orphan into a Christian home. We have currently placed 20 of our 80 orphans in pastor’s homes. I hear that many of the children are already calling their new parents Mom and Dad!

Now you know why we marvel each month as our Lord continues to provide through miracle after miracle. You are a big part of that miracle! Thank you again for joining with us!! Remember, when you designate your gifts, 100% of your donation goes to its designated purpose. This month we are in Haiti where we have rented a house and will transform it into an orphanage for the 23 homeless orphans we support. Your prayers are appreciated!
